M.I. High: The Sinister Prime Minister And Other Adventures (stylized as The Sinister Prime Minister and other adventures) is to date the only DVD release of M.I. High. It contains the first 5 episodes of Series 1 and a compilation of CBBC Extra specials documenting the making of the series with interviews from the cast and crew. It was originally released in the UK on January 21, 2008 by Contender Entertainment Group.
It was released as "M.I. High: Series 1, Episodes 1-5" on March 4, 2010 in Australia by 2 Entertain and ABC DVD. It has since fallen out of print in both countries.

Follow-up[]
A second release, containing "Super Blane" and the rest of the first series, presumably called "M.I. High: Super Blane And Other Adventures" was posted on Amazon has having a release date of March 31, 2008; this has never been released. As of November 2018, over a decade later, the series has not seen a complete release on DVD yet. However, the first three series are available on iTunes.
